A. It is the process of operating equipment and software to provide the highest telephone system efficiency and effectiveness for customers.

Q. What areas are served by WIN?

A. WIN's Lucent switch is capable of providing services to a broad geographic region. Currently, WIN is capable of serving customers in both Oregon and Washington, with room for future expansion.

Q. Why should I choose WIN to manage my network services?

A. WIN is well positioned to provide the highest level of quality to its customers. We have excellent technologies, expertise and experience in network management, and the focus on becoming the regions best networking company.

Q. If I sign up with WIN will you compete for my customers?

A. No. You are our customer and we are striving to provide the most beneficial services to make your services more attractive and effective in your specific marketplace.

Q. Will WIN work directly with my customers to resolve problems?

A. Absolutely. We will never go around you to deal with customers without your knowledge, but rather we will provide solutions to you in order to satisfy your customer's needs. We will work directly with your customers at your request.

Q. If one of my customers has specific switching or Internet design, engineering or management needs will you assist me in providing those services to them?

A. We would be happy to provide these services to you. Simply ask us and we'll help you with your specific needs.

Q. Do you offer any ecommerce applications or technologies?

A. Not at the present time, but we are familiar with various ecommerce solutions that are available and can direct you to the appropriate resource for your particular needs.
